Job summary

J T in San Francisco, Silicon Valley, or Seattle seeks a mid-level Technology Transactions Associate to handle IT/IP and technology deals for diverse clients. You will draft, negotiate, and analyze various agreements and conduct research on complex transactional matters.

The role requires at least one year of transactional experience focusing on IP/technology transactions, and active CA or WA licensure or eligibility, with strong writing and analytical skills and the ability to work

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of transactional experience with a dedicated focus on intellectual property and technology transactions.
• Licensed to practice law, or eligible to become licensed, in California or Washington state.
• Strong research, writing, and analytical skills; ability to manage work independently and deliver creative solutions.

Responsibilities

• Draft, negotiate, and analyze IT, IP, and commercial agreements, including R&D, SaaS, procurement, and consulting agreements.
• Conduct legal research, writing, and analytical work on complex transactional matters.
• Work independently and creatively while collaborating as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
