The People Of: Professional Services is seeking a mid-level Technology Transactions Associate for its national law firm. The role supports sophisticated commercial and technology matters, including software, cloud services, ecommerce, supply chain, outsourcing, and IT services across multiple markets.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school with strong academic credentials.
• 2–6 years of experience practicing in a top-tier law firm and/or in-house legal department.
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Experience or interest in ecommerce, logistics, software, and emerging technologies.
• Licensed to practice law in the jurisdiction where you will be based.

Responsibilities

• Structure, draft, and negotiate complex commercial and technology agreements, including SaaS, licensing, procurement, outsourcing, ecommerce, and payment processing contracts.
• Advise on strategic business and technology initiatives, providing practical, solution-oriented guidance.
• Support clients with ongoing commercial advisory work, pre-litigation disputes, and regulatory compliance matters.
• Collaborate closely with attorneys across practice areas and offices, providing holistic counsel to national and multinational clients.
