Qualifications
- JD or equivalent and admission to at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
- 4+ years of law firm experience in Technology Transactions or IP Transactions.
- Substantial hands-on drafting and negotiating technology/IP agreements.
- Experience supporting IP/Tech workstreams of M&A and private equity deals.
- Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Document drafting and review for technology and IP transactions using AI-assisted workflows.
- Conduct due diligence with rapid document reviews and identify key terms.
- Manage deal execution, signing checklists, and coordination with counterparties.
- Advise clients on AI-assisted workflows to improve accuracy and speed.
- Collaborate with technology teams to optimize the deal process.
