Blue Square is seeking a Training Specialist to bring technology to life in the B2B channel, designing and delivering onboarding to develop specialist sales talent and drive performance.

You will engage audiences with confident facilitation, create digital and blended learning experiences, and use tools like Articulate Rise, Storyline, Canva, PowerPoint, Teams and Excel to make learning memorable. Flexible working is welcomed.

Qualifications

• Proven training experience within B2B, retail or tech, with a track record of engaging training.
• Confident facilitation and presentation, capable of commanding a room in person and online.
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design.
• Proficient with PowerPoint, Teams and Excel to enhance learning delivery.
• Experience creating digital and blended learning experiences that are interactive.
• Comfort with eLearning tools such as Articulate Rise, Storyline and Canva.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-impact face-to-face and virtual training across the UK.
• Design and continuously enhance innovative learning experiences aligned to client objectives.
• Create blended learning programmes combining classroom, virtual and digital experiences.
• Use digital tools to develop interactive training modules.
• Keep learning content fresh and accessible, updating courses as needs evolve.
• Create facilitator guides and learner resources that are practical and engaging.
• Measure learning impact using feedback, assessments and performance data.
