Job summary

GSquared Group is seeking an experienced Training Developer to support a major software rollout by creating role-based learning experiences that help employees adopt new processes and tools. This role partners with SMEs, product teams, and change leaders to deliver engaging training across classroom, virtual, digital, and in-app formats.

The position is remote with occasional onsite trainings in Alpharetta, GA, and requires 8+ years in instructional design, with a focus on large technology

Qualifications

• 8+ years in instructional design and training development.
• Experience supporting large technology implementations.
• Strong skills in Storyline, Rise, Camtasia, Vyond, Adobe tools, Microsoft 365, and LMS platforms.
• Background in software simulations, scenario-based learning, and performance support.
• Hands-on experience with AI-enabled content development and digital adoption tools.

Responsibilities

• Build learning strategies, role-based curricula, and training plans for system go-live.
• Develop instructor-led sessions, eLearning, simulations, job aids, videos, and sandbox exercises.
• Use AI tools to accelerate content creation, needs analysis, and knowledge checks.
• Design and manage Digital Adoption Platform content (WalkMe, Whatfix, ClickLearn, Pendo, etc.).
• Create in-app guidance, walkthroughs, and performance support resources.
• Partner with Change Management and Super Users to drive adoption.
• Measure training effectiveness and refine learning experiences post-launch.
