Job summary

Samsung SDSA in Plano, TX is seeking a technical sourcing recruiter to support our IT Talent Acquisition team from start to finish. You will drive full-cycle recruiting for a range of technical roles, build pipelines, and deliver a world-class candidate experience.

Ideal candidates are strategic, relationship-driven recruiters with strong project management, analytics, and data-driven decision making. This on-site role offers exposure to cloud, software, network engineering, and related domains.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting with emphasis on sourcing passive candidates.
• Proven work experience in technical recruiting/technical talent acquisition in-house or agency.
• Experience negotiating offers and closing candidates (2+ years).
• Hands-on experience with modern sourcing techniques (e.g. social platforms, x-ray, sourcing tools).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Proactively source and engage passive candidates using Boolean searches, LinkedIn Recruiter, social media, networking events, and other sourcing methods.
• Manage full-cycle recruiting for technical roles, from sourcing to offer acceptance, ensuring an excellent candidate experience.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand needs, develop sourcing strategies, and provide market insights.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline to support current and future hiring needs.
• Drive diversity recruiting initiatives to attract a diverse pool of candidates.
