Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment or resourcing, preferably agency or in-house.
• Strong communication, organisation and multitasking abilities.
• Proactive mindset with ability to build a candidate network quickly.

Responsibilities

• Source technology candidates through multiple channels and networks.
• Screen, shortlist and coordinate interviews with clients and candidates.
• Maintain CRM data, build relationships and develop a candidate pipeline.
• Draft and post job adverts; support senior consultants on live roles.
