Job summary

PlanIT Group, a fast-growing IT consulting and staffing company, seeks a Resource Manager to cultivate relationships with IT consultants and place them with clients across industries. You will qualify candidates, negotiate rates, and secure commitment for assignments.

Responsibilities include sourcing strategies, maintaining records in the ATS, evaluating technical skills, and guiding candidates through submittals, interviews, and hires.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field, or associate degree with relevant experience.
• At least 2 years of recruiting experience.
• Strong influencing, negotiation, and analytical skills.
• Proficient with Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategies to locate and source qualified candidates across various industries.
• Deliver high quality service by matching applicants’ skills with client needs.
• Add and maintain candidate records in the ATS.
• Assess candidate technical skills and fit for job requisitions.
• Maintain candidates through submittal, interview, and hire process.
• Secure a mutually beneficial rate of pay for consultant and company.
• Develop long-term relationships with consultants while on assignment.
• Coach candidates and provide customer service throughout assignments.
• Complete all employment paperwork accurately and timely.
• Other duties may be assigned by management.
