Job summary

Onward Search seeks a proactive Technical Recruiter to drive delivery and growth in its Technology Staffing practice. You’ll manage high-volume sourcing, build aggressive pipelines, and run full-cycle recruiting for software engineers, data professionals, QA, product and design experts in a fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a recruiter within a staffing agency environment preferred.
• Experience recruiting technology professionals across software, QA, data, cybersecurity, and related disciplines.
• Proven success in high-volume, KPI-driven recruiting with familiarity in AI-powered sourcing and ATS/CRM tools.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Proactively source technology candidates using job boards, referrals, LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, and AI-powered tools.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of technology professionals across multiple disciplines.
• Recruit for roles including Software Engineers, Data Scientists, QA Engineers, Product Managers, UX/UI Designers, and AI/ML Engineers.
• Conduct high-volume phone and video interviews and manage candidates through interview and placement.
• Partner with sales and client services to ensure successful delivery and client experience.
