Job summary

BackOps AI, Inc. is seeking an in-house recruiter to own high-volume, full-cycle technical recruiting for engineering, product, and adjacent technical roles.

You will source relentlessly, run structured interview loops, and close candidates with conviction, reporting to the Head of People & Talent. You’ll build sourcing strategies, partner with hiring managers to calibrate the bar, and continuously improve funnel metrics like time-to-fill and offer acceptance.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in startups.
• Proven track record hiring technical talent — engineers, infra, product.
• Relentless sourcer who targets passive candidates rather than relying on inbound.
• Strong closer with a history of winning offers.
• Clear, authentic communicator who can convey our mission and culture.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle technical recruiting for engineering, product, and related roles.
• Build and run sourcing strategies to surface high-caliber candidates.
• Partner with hiring managers to calibrate the bar and run structured interview loops.
• Track funnel metrics such as time-to-fill and offer acceptance rate.
• Represent BackOps authentically to candidates and close with conviction.
• Manage multiple searches simultaneously without compromising quality.
