Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical recruiting experience (agency or in-house) with a track record of hiring engineers at speed.
• Strong sourcing skills across multiple platforms, with the ability to identify and engage passive candidates.
• Excellent communication and candidate-closing skills.
• Thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
• Deep understanding of engineering roles and technical skill sets.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end technical recruiting process, from sourcing to offer close, for backend, full-stack, and product engineers.
• Build and execute recruiting strategies tailored for an early-stage, high-intensity startup.
• Develop and maintain a robust talent pipeline using outbound sourcing and network referrals.
• Sell the company's mission, vision, and culture to candidates with authenticity and energy.
• Partner closely with founders and hiring managers to refine role profiles, interview processes, and candidate assessments.
• Adapt hiring plans as team needs evolve and headcount goals shift.
