Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in HR, Business Admin, Psychology, or related field.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• 4+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience.
• Experience managing end‑to‑end recruitment across multiple roles.
• Strong interviewing, assessment, and candidate engagement skills.
• Ability to build effective relationships with hiring managers and HR partners.
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and Microsoft Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage full‑cycle recruiting activities including requisition intake, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer prep, and onboarding coordination.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, priorities, and timelines.
• Source and engage candidates via job boards, referrals, internal databases, and social platforms.
• Conduct candidate screening and interviews to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Ensure a positive, inclusive, and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Maintain recruiting data and documentation in ATS.
• Track and report recruitment metrics to support improvement and transparency.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, local labor laws, and data privacy.
