Burtch Works is seeking an On-Demand Contract Staffing Recruiter to source, recruit, qualify, and place contract consultants for clients. You will manage multiple active openings while delivering an exceptional experience for candidates and hiring managers.

You will source passive tech professionals, conduct video interviews and qualification calls, present qualified candidates to Account Executives, and coordinate onboarding and offers in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of agency recruiting or professional staffing experience.
• Experience placing contract or consulting talent.
• Strong LinkedIn Recruiter and sourcing skills.
• Experience recruiting within technology or professional services.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
