Job summary

Spherion Staffing, LLC is hiring a Support Specialist in the Middleton area to help customers with product inquiries, troubleshoot basic issues, and ensure smooth service operations.

You'll respond via phone, email, and chat under guidance from senior team members, log interactions, and coordinate repairs or loaner equipment. This temporary role offers exposure to electronics and technical theater support in a collaborative, global headquarters environment.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent education plus 3–5 years related work experience.
• Experience in customer service, help desk, or technical theater preferred.
• Basic familiarity with electronics or technical theater equipment a plus.
• Strong communication skills and desire to build troubleshooting abilities.
• Proficiency with Windows computers and Microsoft Office 365.
• Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with guidance from senior team members.
• Help troubleshoot basic technical issues and escalate complex cases.
• Log customer interactions, track cases, and maintain service records.
• Prepare repair documentation and coordinate part replacements or loaner equipment.
• Assist with updating knowledge base systems and relay customer details to repair technicians.
