Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years in technical or software support, preferably in a Tier 2 capacity.
• Training or certification in software QA is preferred.
• Experience supporting IoT systems with MQTT is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Delivers multi-channel technical support for software products.
• Diagnoses and resolves advanced SaaS and connectivity issues.
• Educates dealer partners on software Installation Qualification.

Skills

Advanced verbal and written communication skills
