Job summary

Murphy-Hoffman Company, LLC, North America's largest Kenworth truck dealership group, is seeking a Technical Support Specialist I to provide day-to-day operations and technical support for all MHC systems. This in-office role is based in Leawood, KS.

You will assist end users with PCs, networks, and peripherals, document calls in the Help Desk, coordinate with vendors, and participate in after-hours on-call support.

Qualifications

• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Excellent Windows and Microsoft Office Skills.
• A+ certification or greater IT certification/degree.
• Demonstrated understanding and proficiency with Windows Server and Active Directory.

Responsibilities

• Provides initial support to all users of PCs, networks and peripherals.
• Analyzes problems with vendor applications and coordinates resolution with vendors.
• Document each support call in the MHC Help Desk System.
• Setup and configuration of PCs, printers and approved software.
• Participate in after-hours on-call support on a rotation basis.
