Best Buy is seeking a Geek Squad Agent to be the first point of contact for customers seeking technology support at our local store. You will receive training and resources to assess needs, perform basic services, and partner with other agents on more complex repairs.

Responsibilities include helping customers at check-in/out, diagnosing issues, guiding device setup, and maintaining knowledge through ongoing training. A flexible schedule including holidays, nights, and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• 3 months of experience in retail or customer service.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights and weekends.
• Passion for technology and desire to solve problems.

Responsibilities

• Provide positive, timely service during check-in and checkout.
• Ask questions, listen, and understand technology issues with clear notes and next steps.
• Help customers set up new devices and advise on repair or replacement.
• Monitor service queues and provide accurate status updates to customers.
• Maintain knowledge through certified training courses.
• Communicate clearly and collaborate with fellow agents.
