Job summary

Yext is hiring a Specialist, Concierge Services to support enterprise clients across the Knowledge Graph and related products. You’ll deliver consultative, technical assistance and training to optimize client success and engagement.

Onboarding includes comprehensive training; you’ll collaborate with CS, Operations, Engineering and Product teams to drive 360-degree support and improve the end-user experience.

Qualifications

• BA/BS or similar college-level education.
• Interest in pursuing a Customer Success career in SAAS.
• Ability to think creatively, analyze, and explain complex ideas.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated leadership or standout teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on digital presence best practices and trust-building.
• Troubleshoot platform inquiries via phone and email while managing SLA.
• Provide 1:1 and group training sessions and advisory services.
• Create help articles and self-service resources.
• Collaborate with CS, Operations, Engineering and Product teams to improve end-user experience.
• Meet quarterly targets for QA, CSAT, and productivity.
