GOTAFE in Edinburg, Texas, seeks a part-time technology support assistant to help ECISD students and staff. You will troubleshoot, install drivers, and provide Wi‑Fi support for desktops, laptops, printers, Chromebooks, and iPads.

Expect up to 20 hours per week at $10 per hour, with bi-weekly pay. Applicants must be currently enrolled in an accredited college or university and available Monday through Friday.

Qualifications

• Must be currently enrolled at an accredited college or university.
• Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
• Provide support for campus devices and peripherals.

Responsabilités

• Assist campus or department with technology needs including troubleshooting, installing drivers, and Wi-Fi support.
• Provide technical support to ECISD students and staff for devices such as desktops, laptops, printers, Chromebooks, and iPads.
• Install software and drivers as needed.
• Assist with yearly technology inventory processes.
• Collaborate with central Technology Staff to resolve complex technical issues.
