Job summary

NWU is seeking a part-time technology assistant to support our campus with IT needs. The role includes troubleshooting, driver installation, and Wi-Fi support for students and staff using desktops, laptops, printers, Chromebooks, and iPads.

The candidate must be currently enrolled at an accredited college or university and available to work up to 20 hours per week. Pay is $10 per hour, with bi-weekly payment.

Responsibilities

• Assist campus or department with technology needs including troubleshooting, installing drivers, and Wi-Fi support.
• Provide technical support to ECISD students and staff for devices such as desktops, laptops, printers, Chromebooks, and iPads.
• Install software and drivers as needed.
• Assist with yearly technology inventory processes.
• Collaborate with central Technology Staff to resolve complex technical issues.
