Job summary

Campbell Scientific Ltd. in Logan, UT is seeking a Technical Support Engineer to join our team. You will assist scientists and researchers across the globe who rely on our measurement and control instrumentation, handling tier 1 and tier 2 technical support requests via phone, email, and video calls.

This is an in-office role with occasional travel. You will program dataloggers, troubleshoot sensors, read data, and collaborate with calibration, repair, and manufacturing teams.

Qualifications

• BS degree in science or engineering.
• 2+ years in a CS technical support role.
• 3-5 years supporting scientific instrumentation.
• Experience providing customer support for a technical product.
• Ability to read and understand technical manuals for scientific equipment.
• Proficiency with office software (word, spreadsheet, email).
• Excellent written and oral communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Provide phone, web, and email technical support to customers.
• Enter and manage support cases in the CRM system.
• Troubleshoot measurement equipment and electronics problems.
• Program dataloggers for measurement and control.
• Coordinate calibration and repair services as needed.
• Assist with customer training and on-call support.
