You will assess customer needs, perform basic services, and partner with other agents on complex repairs. Flexible schedule including holidays, nights, and weekends is required.

Provide friendly, knowledgeable service, set up devices, and advise on repair or replacement options. Training and resources will be provided to help you grow in this role.

Qualifications

• 3 months of experience working in retail or customer service.

Responsibilities

• Provide positive, timely service during check-in and checkout.
• Understand technology issues by asking questions and taking notes.
• Help customers set up new devices and advise on repair vs replacement.
• Monitor service queues and provide accurate status updates.
• Maintain knowledge through certified training courses.
• Communicate clearly and partner with fellow agents.
