Job summary

Horizons for Homeless Children is seeking a Senior Director of Technology Strategy & Operations to lead our technology strategy, systems, and data use in a hybrid Roxbury, MA setting. The role partners with service leaders to design practical tech solutions that提升 staff productivity, program operations, and data-driven decisions.

The candidate will manage our IT Coordinator, oversee security and infrastructure, and align technology with mission needs.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressively responsible technology experience.
• 4–5 years directly managing complex IT infrastructure and budgets.
• Experience supervising technology staff (IT Coordinator).
• Proven ability to work with non-technical stakeholders to deliver usable solutions.
• Experience managing enterprise-wide systems and outsourced MSP relationships.

Responsibilities

• Translate operational needs into effective technology solutions that support service delivery.
• Oversee MSP relationship, simplify infrastructure, and control costs.
• Lead data governance, knowledge management, and productivity tools.
• Drive AI adoption to enhance automation, documentation, and reporting.
• Ensure security, compliance, and reliable IT operations across the org.
