Job summary

Kyndryl Inc. is building a Germany-based Technology Strategy capability and seeks a Sr. Managing Consultant to lead IT due diligence and end-to-end M&A engagements.

You will assess IT and operating models in transactions, derive value levers, and design carve-outs or integrations. Strong leadership, stakeholder engagement, and bilingual German/English skills are essential. You will work across operating models, processes, and technology to translate deals into concrete transformation programs

Qualifications

• 6–12+ years experience in M&A / IT due diligence and/or value-driven transformation.
• Fluent in German and English (written and spoken).
• Experience leading projects and teams, and interacting with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT due diligence and M&A engagements end-to-end.
• Assess IT, operating models, processes, and costs in transactions.
• Derive value levers, risks, and actionable recommendations for investors and management.
• Design and steer carve-outs, integrations, and Day 1 / TSA concepts.
• Translate transactions into value creation initiatives and transformation programs.
• Develop target states, roadmaps, and governance structures for sustainable value realization.
• Build the M&A and Technology Strategy capability and client relationships.
