Job summary

Kyndryl is hiring for an HR Business Development role focused on leading and coordinating the HR workstream in complex transactions such as acquisitions and divestitures. You will act as a strategic HR advisor to multiple stakeholders, shaping deal strategy from an HR perspective and guiding integration planning across global teams and HR functions.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10+ years in HR roles with exposure to benefits, compensation, payroll, and employee relations.
• Growth mindset and change agent.
• Manage multiple complex high-profile projects on tight timelines.
• Executive presence with strong communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead HR deliverables across Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, Payroll, ELR, HR Services, Workday during deal cycles.
• Conduct Due Diligence and translate client requirements to confirm HR integration approach.
• Ensure HR readiness for client transitions and comply with local laws.
• Identify and manage people-related risks and support cultural/operational transitions.
• Align timelines and communication across stakeholders and evaluate key personnel needs.
• Oversee employee communication for employees becoming part of Kyndryl post-transaction.
• Support leadership alignment and organizational change management to accelerate integration.
