Job summary

Ticketmaster is seeking a Lead Analyst to operate at the intersection of financial rigor and strategic thinking, supporting tech division P&L, KPI reporting, and capacity planning across engineering teams.

Over the next year, drive our team's adoption of AI tooling, build internal case studies, and collaborate across Finance, HR, and PMO to make AI initiatives stick. You will report to a Senior Director and influence how investments are prioritized.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in strategy, BizOps, FP&A, or management consulting - tech exposure preferred.
• Strong financial modeling and data analysis skills; advanced Excel.
• Experience with capacity planning or resource allocation in a scaled environment.
• Track record of influencing decisions without direct authority.
• Comfort with ambiguity; fast-moving environment with undefined problems.
• Clear, concise communication; able to tailor exec summaries for engineers.

Responsibilities

• Support tech division P&L management and monthly KPI reporting for the CTO.
• Lead strategic initiatives: platform modernization, resourcing models, outsourcing analyses.
• Drive AI tooling adoption and build frameworks to evaluate/implement it.
• Play a central role in annual budget cycle and quarterly planning.
• Foster relationships between SP&R, Finance, HR, and PMO as a credible contact.
• Translate technical priorities into business language for engineering teams.
