Job summary

Ticketmaster in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Principal Platform Engineer, AI & Automation to join our Global Host Platform team. You will accelerate automation, reduce tech debt, and scale AI-driven SRE and DevOps tools to improve resiliency and security of our live entertainment platform.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of hands-on software engineering experience, backend focus.
• Hands-on experience with AI developer tools and agentic AI systems.
• Ability to lead, mentor, and drive automation improvements across teams.
