Job summary

Ticketmaster is seeking a Lead Analyst to operate at the intersection of financial rigor and strategic thinking, supporting the tech division P&L and leading capacity planning across engineering teams. The role partners with Finance, HR, and PMO and reports to a Senior Director.

Over the next year, you will help drive AI tooling adoption and shape the internal framework for evaluating and implementing it, while translating technical priorities into actionable business strategy for engineering

Qualifications

• 5+ years in strategy, BizOps, FP&A, or management consulting.
• Strong financial modeling and data analysis skills; advanced Excel.
• Experience with capacity planning or resource allocation in a scaled environment.
• Ability to influence decisions without direct authority.
• Comfort with ambiguity.
• Clear communication to exec summaries and to engineering leads.
• Interest in AI impact on strategy and planning.

Responsibilities

• Support tech division P&L management and monthly KPI reporting for the CTO, ensuring accuracy.
• Support and sometimes lead strategic initiatives: platform modernization, resourcing models, outsourcing analysis, market environment assessments.
• Drive AI tooling adoption and build internal evaluation frameworks.
• Play a central role in the annual budget cycle and quarterly planning.
• Build relationships between SP&R and Finance, HR, and PMO.
• Translate technical priorities into business language for engineers.
