Job summary

TodayTix Group is seeking an Engineering Team Lead in New York to own end-to-end delivery across mobile, web, and backend. You will lead architecture, code reviews, and technical strategy while shaping cross-functional collaboration with product, design, and growth to drive business outcomes.

You will guide the team through prioritization, establish strong delivery practices, and grow engineers while embedding AI and data-driven workflows to accelerate impact.

Qualifications

• 8+ years building software, including leading a team.
• Strong architecture and code review skills.
• Full-stack technical judgment across mobile, web and backend.
• Deep iOS expertise (Swift/SwiftUI) and Android knowledge.
• Stakeholder management and expectation setting.
• Product and business mindset focused on value delivery.
• Prioritization in a high-demand environment.
• Experience with high-traffic consumer products.
• AI fluency and clear written communication.

Responsibilities

• Own delivery end-to-end across mobile, web, and backend.
• Collaborate with product, design, and growth to align roadmaps with business goals.
• Run intake and prioritization, sequence work by impact and capacity.
• Lead and grow the team through feedback and career development.
• Ensure quality through SLOs, reviews, and robust release processes.
• Set technical direction and architecture across the stack.
