CoreWeave is seeking a highly technical Director of SOX Compliance to lead and mature our SOX program in a complex technology environment. You will own the end-to-end framework, partner with Finance, Accounting, Engineering, and auditors to build a best-in-class control environment.

You bring deep ITGC/ITAC knowledge, executive presence, and a track record of strengthening SOX programs within fast-growth tech settings. This role offers strategic impact and leadership across teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or related field.
• CPA, CISA, or CIA certification required.
• 15+ years of progressive SOX compliance experience in technical environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SOX compliance program and drive maturation.
• Assess scoping, controls, narratives, and risk-control matrices.
• Coordinate with Finance, Accounting, Engineering, and external auditors.
• Develop training programs and SOX literacy across the organization.
• Manage external audits and remediation activities.
