CoreWeave. The Product Manager, IT SOX Compliance role focuses on translating SOX requirements into scalable programs and driving controls across IT processes.

You’ll partner with IT, Finance, and the SOX team to implement robust, audit-ready controls and evidence collection across the organization. You will manage the full deficiency lifecycle, lead root-cause analyses, and help ensure durable improvements in a fast-moving, cloud‑infrastructure environment while reporting control health to IT

Qualifikationen

• 6+ years of IT audit, IT risk, IT compliance, or related field with IT SOX experience.
• Deep familiarity with IT General Controls (ITGCs) and mapping to financial reporting risk.
• Experience supporting enterprise systems such as Workday, Salesforce, NetSuite or SAP, Coupa, and similar platforms.
• Strong understanding of PCAOB, COSO, and COBIT in IT controls.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams, deadlines, and stakeholders across functions.
• Experience with GRC platforms such as AuditBoard, ServiceNow GRC, Workiva, or similar tools.
• Excellent written communication for auditor-ready documentation and stakeholder communication.
• Comfortable in fast-moving, ambiguous environments with a builder’s mindset.

Aufgaben

• Own the end-to-end IT SOX compliance program within the CIO organization and IT control inventory.
• Translate SOX requirements into structured programs, processes, and scalable workflows.
• Own control design and documentation, including narratives, RCMs, and procedures.
• Ensure new systems meet SDLC controls before go-live; review designs early to mitigate SOX risks.
• Partner with IT, Accounting, and the SOX team to ensure controls are executed consistently and timely.
• Build and improve systems, workflows, and reporting for control execution and evidence collection.
• Review control evidence for quality and alignment before submission to auditors.
• Manage deficiency lifecycle from root cause to remediation and escalation.
• Lead root cause analyses and implement durable remediation plans.
