Job summary

Okta seeks a Sr. Manager, Strategic Sourcing to lead Technology category strategy, oversee a high‑performing team, and drive supplier negotiations for software, SaaS, IaaS, and AI.

You’ll partner with Finance, Legal, Security, and Engineering to align policies with business needs and optimize spend. The role is hybrid, requiring 2 days in the Bellevue, WA or San Francisco Bay Area offices, with accountability for strategy, vendor relationships, and cross‑functional execution in a fast‑paced

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field; Master's preferred.
• 10+ years in strategic sourcing/procurement; leadership experience with Technology sourcing (Infra, SaaS, IaaS, AI).
• Experience with procurement software and tools; advanced Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead execution of strategic sourcing strategies for Technology categories (Software, Network, SaaS, IaaS, Telephony, AI).
• Develop 3–5 year rolling category strategies with stakeholders.
• Oversee KPIs for sourcing activities and governance; drive performance and risk mitigation.
