Okta, Inc. is seeking a Director of Global Tech Recruiting in the San Francisco Bay Area.

This hybrid role requires 2 days per week in our SF office, leading a global recruiting team to hire top-tier technical talent across Americas, EMEA, and APJ. You will partner with C-level engineering and product leaders, drive capacity modeling, and implement an elite, AI-enabled hiring experience with rigorous interviewing standards and strong SLAs.

Qualifications

• Led global technical recruiting leadership and strategy.
• Deep experience in capacity planning and throughputs for technical hiring.
• Experience with enterprise SaaS, cloud infrastructure, or frontier tech environments.
• Strong executive partnerships and stakeholder management across C-level and VP levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead and scale a global recruiting team across Product & Technology.
• Serve as the principal talent advisor to senior engineering and product executives.
• Architect and govern global technical headcount capacity models and quarterly targets.
• Standardize and refine technical interview rubrics, coding assessments, and system design evaluations.
• Establish dashboards tracking full-funnel metrics and ROI to executives.
