Job summary

Best Buy is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to be the face of our stores, helping customers choose tech products and services tailored to their needs. We provide hands-on training and support to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

You will greet customers, demonstrate products, handle cashier duties, and keep the floor stocked while assisting with pickup orders and ongoing learning. A 3-month retail background and flexible scheduling are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 months of experience in retail or fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including holidays, nights and weekends.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage with customers in a warm, friendly manner.
• Perform product demos, answer questions and make recommendations that meet customers’ needs across all departments.
• Complete cashier duties for purchases, returns and exchanges.
• Maintain appropriate knowledge and expertise through ongoing learning and development.
• Help keep the sales floor clean and well stocked.
• Assist with in-store pickup and curbside pickup orders.
