Job summary

Best Buy is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to be the face of Best Buy for customers visiting our stores. We will train you with the skills and knowledge you need to confidently recommend the right tech products and services to meet each person’s unique needs.

Responsibilities include welcoming customers, performing product demos, completing cashier duties, and assisting with in-store and curbside pickups.

Qualifications

• 3 months of experience working in retail or another fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage with customers in a warm, friendly manner.
• Perform product demos, answer questions and make recommendations that meet customers’ needs across all departments.
• Complete cashier duties for purchases, returns and exchanges.
• Maintain knowledge and expertise through ongoing learning and development.
• Help keep the sales floor clean and well stocked.
• Assist with in-store pickup and curbside pickup orders.
