Best Buy is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to be the face of the store, helping customers find the right tech products and services. You’ll receive training to confidently recommend solutions tailored to each person’s needs, with a focus on delivering friendly, expert service.

In this role you’ll greet customers, demonstrate products, handle transactions, and support pickup options. You’ll stay knowledgeable through ongoing training and contribute to a welcoming, efficient store environment.

Qualifications

• 3 months of experience working in retail or another fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights and weekends

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage with customers in a warm, friendly manner
• Perform product demos, answer questions and make recommendations that meet customers’ needs across all departments
• Complete cashier duties for purchases, returns and exchanges
• Maintain appropriate knowledge and expertise through ongoing learning and development
• Help keep the sales floor clean and well stocked
• Assist with in-store pickup and curbside pickup orders
