Job summary

Mountaineer Employment Solutions is seeking a Solutions Sales Specialist / Account Executive in Dunbar, WV. This role focuses on outside sales, prospecting, and consultative selling to develop new business and manage existing relationships.

You will identify customer needs, propose integrated technology and system solutions, and coordinate with project teams to ensure successful delivery and aftermarket support. Travel within the territory is required.

Qualifications

• Outside sales/Account manager experience
• Strong CRM and consultative selling skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Ability to read technical specifications and construction drawings
• Proficient with Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams)

Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and outreach.
• Schedule and conduct face-to-face meetings with customers.
• Build and maintain customer and prospect lists within territory.

• Conduct site visits and demos; coordinate with project teams.
