Job summary

Best Buy is seeking a part-time Retail Sales Associate to be the face of the store, helping customers choose tech products and services that meet their needs. You’ll learn our offerings and confidently recommend solutions while supporting store operations.

You’ll gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced retail environment, with training and ongoing development. This role emphasizes customer service, teamwork, and the ability to assist customers both in-store and for pickup orders.

Qualifications

• 3 months of experience working in retail or another fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights and weekends

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage with customers in a warm, friendly manner
• Perform product demos, answer questions and make recommendations across departments
• Complete cashier duties for purchases, returns and exchanges
• Maintain knowledge through ongoing learning and development
• Help keep the sales floor clean and well stocked
• Assist with in-store pickup and curbside pickup orders
