Job summary

Best Buy is seeking a part-time Seasonal Retail Sales Associate to be the face of the store, helping customers select the right tech and services. You’ll learn skills to confidently recommend products and provide excellent service across departments.

This role emphasizes sales, demos, cashier duties, and ongoing product knowledge to support a great customer experience. Seasonal and part-time availability is required.

Qualifications

• 3 months of experience working in retail or another fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage with customers in a warm, friendly manner
• Perform product demos, answer questions and make recommendations that meet customers’ needs across all departments
• Complete cashier duties for purchases, returns and exchanges
• Maintain appropriate knowledge and expertise through ongoing learning and development
• Help keep the sales floor clean and well stocked
• Assist with in-store pickup and curbside pickup orders
