Job summary

Evlo AI is seeking a Social Media Manager to own the organic social presence for its technology portfolio, turning product capabilities and market insights into credible content for technical and business audiences.

You will lead editorial strategy, produce posts and short-form video, manage communities, and analyze performance across LinkedIn, X, YouTube, and emerging platforms, partnering with product marketing, design, and demand generation.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of experience managing social media for tech/SaaS/AI orgs.
• Proven ability to grow organic social audiences and improve engagement or traffic.
• Excellent writing and editing with ability to simplify technical topics.
• Hands-on with LinkedIn, X, YouTube, social publishing platforms, GA4 and UTM governance.
• Strong project-management; manage calendars, approvals, agencies, launches.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing/communications/journalism or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Bonus: experience with executive thought leadership, paid social, video, social listening, HubSpot or Marketo.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage the social media strategy, editorial calendar, and publishing cadence across LinkedIn, X, YouTube, and emerging platforms
• Create, edit, and publish posts, short-form video, carousels, executive content, product announcements, and campaign assets using tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, Canva, and native platform editors
• Translate complex SaaS, cloud, data, or AI concepts into accurate, accessible content in partnership with product marketing and technical teams
• Manage social listening, comments, DMs, and escalation workflows using Sprout Social, Hootsuite, or Brandwatch
• Measure channel performance through native analytics, GA4, UTM tracking, and dashboards; report on reach, engagement, traffic, conversion, and pipeline influence
• Test messaging, formats, posting times, and creative treatments; use insights to improve content quality, audience growth, and campaign outcomes
• Coordinate social launches with PR, paid media, events, recruiting, and demand-generation while maintaining brand, legal, and security review standards
