Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and delivery personnel while following site procedures.
• Screen employees, visitors, packages, and vehicles per location procedures.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials, and document entries/exits.
• Respond to incidents and alarms calmly according to site emergency procedures.
• Conduct regular patrols of the facility, loading, parking areas and perimeter.
