Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of security-related experience.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout manufacturing and industrial areas, exterior grounds, parking areas, and perimeter locations to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and visitor, employee, and delivery traffic in accordance with site-specific entry and exit procedures.
• Document observations, incidents, and patrol activities in required reports, and communicate relevant information to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
