BARNES & Noble College is hiring a Tech Shop Department Manager to lead the Tech Shop on-site, supervise the tech team, and deliver outstanding customer service to students, faculty, and staff. You will stay current on product trends and ensure inventory, repairs, and merchandising are well managed.

The role requires flexible scheduling, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, with a focus on maintaining a high-energy sales floor and top-tier customer support.

Formación

• 18+ years of age or older at hire.
• Retail, marketing or IT experience preferred.
• 2-year experience as a computer repair technician or equivalent education/certification.

Responsabilidades

• Provide on-site support for in-shop repair of computers and peripherals.
• Supervise Tech team members on the sales floor.
• Explain and assist customers with technology purchases.
• Maintain merchandising and knowledge of product trends.
• Enforce store operations and loss prevention procedures.
