Qualifications

• 5–8 years in strategic sourcing, procurement, or category management.
• Experience procuring technology professional services, consulting, or engineering services.
• Sourcing & commercial skills with strong negotiation ability.
• Proficient in MSAs, SOWs, and various services pricing models.
• Understanding of service delivery models and AI‑driven pricing trends.
• Analytical capability and familiarity with data tools such as Excel.
• Ability to partner with cross‑functional teams and influence outcomes.
• Organized, diligent, and adaptable in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and drive category strategy and sourcing plans for IT services spend.
• Lead end‑to‑end sourcing projects and negotiate agreements.
• Act as procurement partner to IT and product development teams.
• Manage supplier relationships and performance.
• Drive data‑driven decisions and spend analyses.
• Conduct benchmarking and pricing comparisons.
• Improve processes to increase efficiency and reduce cost.
