Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, or category management.
• Experience in procuring technology professional services, consulting, or engineering services preferred.
• Sourcing & commercial skills and strong negotiation experience.
• Proficient in negotiating MSAs, SOWs, and various services pricing models.
• Strong understanding of consulting delivery models and contracting approaches.

Responsibilities

• Develop and drive category strategy and sourcing plans for IT services spend.
• Lead end-to-end sourcing projects and negotiate favorable terms.
• Act as procurement business partner to IT and product development engineering teams.
• Manage supplier relationships and performance with data-driven decisions.
• Conduct spend analysis, pricing comparisons, and supplier benchmarking.
• Drive process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
