Adobe is seeking a Global Strategic Sourcing - Marketing Manager to join our team in Lehi, UT or San Jose, CA. You will build procurement strategies for marketing, brands, and agencies, delivering measurable savings and value.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required; MBA or CPSM/MCIPS a plus.
10+ years of experience in strategic sourcing or procurement with a focus on Marketing.

Responsibilities

Develop category strategies for marketing, creative, production, events, media, PR, sponsorships, content creation and AI/martech.
Translate multi-year marketing plans into sourcing roadmaps and consolidate spend.
Own savings delivery and report progress to Finance and Senior Leadership.
Structure agency compensation and AI vendor pricing to secure realized savings.
Lead complex negotiations with agencies, media partners, sponsorship rights holders and vendors.
Identify and mitigate risk across the marketing supply base, including data privacy and IP usage.
Partner with Finance to validate savings methodology and ensure auditable results.
Build governance playbooks and repeatable procurement templates.
Mentor team members on negotiation, planning for categories, and partner management.
