Job summary

Erbe USA is seeking an experienced administrative/tech-support professional to track and process tech services, manage loaner units, and create service cases within the CRM system. You will coordinate demo pool rotations, generate reports for sales and management, and assist with dashboard views in the CRM platform.

The role requires strong communication, extensive Office suite skills, and 8+ years in a related field.

Qualifications

• AA Business or similar field required; post-secondary education in a technical or computer-related field strongly preferred.
• Minimum 8+ years’ experience in an administrative, technical or computer-related role required; special consideration given to those candidates with significant tech support and/or healthcare experience.

Responsibilities

• Tracks and processes tech services loaner unit use and creates service cases.
• Coordinates demo pool rotation and provides reports to sales reps and management.
• Supports employees with creation of custom dashboard views in the CRM system.
• Processes customer orders for pending repairs and invoices orders using CRM and service databases.
• Performs reconciliation of shipping and billing charges.
• Supports sales team with service agreement proposals and CRM implementation.
• Prepares for customer biomed training conducted by the company.
• Manages calibration of service testing equipment and coordinates test equipment repairs.
• Reviews and maintains device history records per QA/RA directives.
• Evaluates administrative processes with management to improve efficiency.
• Monitors stocking amounts and orders spare parts from Erbe GmbH; provides monthly warranty reports.
• Coordinates returns of defective parts and resolves issues with Erbe GmbH service colleagues.
• Applies credits to customer accounts for service-related returns.
