Job summary

Erbe Elektromedizin GmbH is seeking an experienced admin/technical support specialist to join the service operations in Georgia. You will manage service cases, coordinate demo pool rotations, and support the sales team with dashboards and reports.

Responsibilities include processing customer orders and invoices via CRM, reconciling shipping and billing, and ensuring QA/RA documentation compliance. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• AA Business or similar field required; post-secondary education in a technical or computer-related field strongly preferred.
• Minimum 8+ years’ experience in an administrative, technical or computer-related role; healthcare experience given special consideration.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; must communicate well via telephone.

Responsibilities

• Tracks and processes tech services loaner unit use — creates service cases and follows up on outstanding units.
• Coordinates continuous demo pool rotation; provides reports to sales reps and management.
• Supports company personnel with creation of custom dashboard views using the CRM System.
• Processes customer orders for pending repairs and invoices orders using the CRM System, service database.
• Performs reconciliation of shipping and billing charges.
