Job summary

Legends Global, leader in privately managed public assembly facilities, seeks a Tech Services Assistant Manager to support IT and AV operations at Pinnacle Bank Arena in Lincoln, NE. The role blends desktop IT with high‑end event AV, requiring hands-on technical work and leadership during a busy events calendar.

You will work closely with the Tech Services Manager to oversee staff, hardware, software, and network services, ensuring reliable performance across venues and quick incident

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to maintain desktop and laptop computers.
• Proficient with Windows OS and Office 365.
• Basic routing and networking knowledge (Extreme/Cisco).
• Experience with AV/IT integration in live event environments.
• Ability to interpret blueprints and electrical/mechanical concepts.

Responsibilities

• Assist Tech Services Manager with scheduling and training of staff.
• Maintain, repair, and inventory network equipment, PCs, servers, and peripherals.
• Provide help desk support for Windows environments and venue software.
• Support Windows Server and virtualization environments (VMware/Hyper-V).
• Manage and update AV systems and related infrastructure for events.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors for AV/IT projects.
• Ensure safety and compliance with venue policies and events.
