You will work across strategy, technology, and operations, guiding multi-disciplinary teams and managing global delivery to ensure consistent quality and knowledge transfer.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience delivering consulting engagements focused on service transformation.
• 6+ years of experience in customer/user experience strategy or operational transformation engagements for Technology clients.
• 6+ years of experience in the Technology sector including SaaS, cloud platforms, and enterprise software environments.
• 6+ years of experience leading strategy engagements with transformation roadmaps and business cases.
• 1+ years of experience using artificial intelligence tools in day-to-day workflow.
• Ability to travel ~30% on average.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagements that define service strategies across multiple digital channels for Technology clients.
• Partner with client leaders to define and deliver AI-enabled service strategies with measurable outcomes.
• Advise clients on improving user adoption, retention, and lifetime value across SaaS and enterprise software channels.
• Translate business challenges into structured service strategies, roadmaps, and business cases.
• Guide teams in prioritization, trade-off decisions, and execution planning.
• Build deployment plans for AI agent and automation solutions across value streams.
